To begin, let’s start with some history about the house...
While the house was initially designed and built by us in 2003 as a family vacation home, we decided to open it for sharing and renting in 2015. Even in the first year, without a pool, we experienced a substantial influx of reservations, with the house being booked for almost all available summer days. So, what sets this house apart? One distinctive aspect is the historical and sentimental value ingrained in it. The house was constructed on land with some original stone ruins, and these very stones were incorporated into the interior decor, such as in the division between the kitchen and the living room. The decor is also remarkably unique, and credit goes to the homeowner who utilized her keen sense of style and expertise in the visual arts to create or restore many of the elements within the house. Additionally, most of the paintings are original works by the homeowner. It's this level of dedication, originality, and refined taste that renders this house special and one-of-a-kind. The meticulous attention to detail is extraordinary, providing the impression that each visit to the house unveils something new!
